How to Use The Baseball Lifestyle 101 System
The Baseball Lifestyle 101 system is designed to be used on a daily basis, for the rest of your life. The key to success is consistency and commitment.
You will start with the first module, which contains all of my best advice for living a healthy and balanced lifestyle–including nutrition tips, exercise routines, stress reduction techniques and more! You can expect this module to take anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour depending on how much time you spend reading it each day (and doing homework). I recommend spending at least 30 minutes per day reading through it so that by the end of week one you have gone through all 7 lessons contained in Module 1: Your Foundation For Success In Baseball & Life Skills Training Manual*.
Once you have completed Module 1 then move onto Module 2: Mental And Emotional Health Development Program*. This program takes about 60 minutes per day over 5 weeks or less depending on how fast you work through each lesson within each week’s topic area(s). Once again use this time wisely as every minute spent here will pay off tenfold when applied correctly during competition/practice sessions later down line!
